Victor Winding was born on January 30, 1929 in London, England. He was an actor, known for Doctor Who (1963), A Tale of Two Cities (1965) and Thursday Theatre (1964). He was married to Rosalind Allen. He died on October 9, 2014 in Pontypool, Wales.
